  • Align with Energy, You can tie your Intentions to natural cycles - New moon, set fresh beginnings - Full moon, amplify gratitude and release - Align with your personal seasons, a new job, your birthday or new projects.
  • Writing your Intentions in a journal is a powerful practice
  • Speaking Intentions aloud, words carry vibration
  • Pair them with movement, a walk, yoga or breathwork
  • Sip your Intention Tea slowly and visualise your intentions infusing into you
  • Listen to our Vibrational music 
  • Thank yourself & the universe for showing up
  • Release attachment to how it will happen - just hold the energy of trust
